I started my journey as a Real Estate Professional late in life. I was self-employed and concentrated mainly on raising my children. The time came for me to fulfil my passion and that was people. In March of 2017, I began my career in Real Estate. It was amazing to say the least and within my first 3 weeks, I sold my first home and got an award for the rising star of the month. It was the most incredible feeling seeing how happy my clients were, both buyers and sellers. My achievements gave me purpose.
My residential sales awarded me to be under the Top 10 Agents for a few years. Therefore, the most rewarding achievements was being awarded the best client experience.
In 2019 I received the opportunity to further my sales within Developments. The first time selling a development I received a reward for the most development units sold, and I received 4th place within the company. In 2021, I reached my R50 Million Excellence Award in Sales.
This is my passion and besides all the awards received, I have been awarded with the great experience of making the dreams come true for all my buyers and sellers and this included great friendships that have been built.

I have been in the property investment and development industry since 2007. My passion is assisting people to build and prosper in the future to financial freedom. I have sold over 900 properties over my period in the industry and have built a big portfolio of investors.
I started out at IGrow Wealth investments when there were only 3 employees in the company. Being an all-rounder, by doing reception, personal assisting for the Trust Attorney and sales administration. I soon enough realised that sales was what I really wanted to do. Withing the first month, I sold 26 apartments in Soldone Village, in the Northern Pretoria to investors.
After 7 months of working for IGrow, I was headhunted by Charlies Potgieter Investments where I was the Personal Assistant to the Marketing Manager assisting with planning on new projects like Burgundy Estate and Sontraal Heights developments.
After 2 years I moved over to PropInvest and spent about 10 years doing sales and received top agent in 2018.
When Covid hit our shores in 2020, it was time for a change, this was when I got offered a Job at Opportunity Group of Companies. On April 2020, I started gaining knowledge on Capital Investing and putting together new developments with the company, from the idea to planning and executing.

I matriculated from Bellville High School in 2011. Thereafter I went on to study BCom Marketing and finished my degree in 2014.
Before Real Estate I worked as a Pack house Manager for Uniflo Cape (this is the Company that is responsible for the flower department at Woolworths). Soon after I gave Real Estate another thought as Real Estate has always been in my blood. My Mother, Letitia Willemse has been a successful Real Estate Professional for 27 Years. The only problem I had with Real Estate was, that I thought you had to be older and have more business experience to enter this field. On the 1st of Feb 2017 I took the opportunity that was available at Harcourts Dunn and ever since that day, I haven’t looked back.
I have sold just below the R 150 000 000-mark worth of property.
Before leaving Harcourts I was ranked 3rd in The Western Cape and 6th Nationally. Recently was given a life changing opportunity to work as a Property Investment Specialist for Opportunity Property and started on the 7th of March 2022.
With my expertise and experience from the Real Estate sector, I am pushing myself to understand the sector in a different way and to help my colleagues to be the best they possible can be.
